The Imperial Irrigation District has selected a new General Council.

Wayne K. Strumpfer is well known to the IID Board, having previously served as General Counsel from 2021 to 2022. He replaces Geoffrey Holbrook who recently left the district to return as Imperial County Counsel. Stumpfer will oversee the district's legal department and provide counsel to the Board of Directors and management on matters of governance, compliance, and operations.
