(The Annual Whit Coat Pinning Ceremony).....The San Diego State University Imperial Valley School of Nursing hosted the event.

The annual ceremony was held last week. The ceremony is for SDSU students in the accelerated pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. A total of 28 nursing students received their white coats and pledged to uphold the ethics of nursing. The White Coat ceremony is traditionally held during the first year of nursing school, and serves as a rite of passage, symbolizing a commitment to uphold the Nursing Code of Ethics and dedication to serve humanity with care and compassion.
