(51-Year-old Abraham Feinbloom was in court this week).....Feinbloom is charged with the disappearance and murder of 17-year-old T'neya Tovar.

The suspect has entered a not guilty plea to the charges. This week's appearance was to schedule a preliminary hearing. The preliminary hearing will determine if there is enough evidence to schedule a trial on the charges. The hearing was set for April 28th.
