Monday is Presidents Day.

As a federal holiday most government institutions and financial markets will be closed. All non-essential federal, state, and local offices will be closed. The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver regular mail. Banks and financial institutions will be closed as will the stock markets. Public schools and universities  will not hold classes. Most retail businesses and restaurants will remain open.
