(Imperial County Continuum of Care Council)....They are looking for volunteers.

The volunteers will participate in the Point In Time Count. The early morning count is scheduled for January 23 for most of the County, and January 24 for the Slabs in Niland. Training sessions are already underway. The next session will be January 6 at the Lions Center in Brawly at 6 pm. January 8 at the El Centro Library at 6 pm. The purpose is to count the Homeless Population in Imperial County. The numbers will determine the amount of grant money to help the homeless.
