(Calexico City Council had scheduled a special workshop this week.)....The purpose was to discuss priorities for the Council to work on.

When the workshop was set to begin October 29th, it had to end. They did not have a quorum. Participants were sick or had other things to do.. The Mayor was upset, and said she did not know a quorum was needed for a workshop. She was told that was a legal question, and the legal counsel was one of those who did not attend. The workshop will be rescheduled.
