Westmorland has a Time Capsule sealing at 5 pm, other activities for the entire family in between. In Holtville, 4th of July celebration will be held at Holt Park. They will have music, activities, food and fun. They will also have a time capsule. Holtville's celebration wraps up ay 9:15 with a fireworks display.
