The California Secretary of State has updated numbers from the June 2 Primary Election.

Representative Raul Ruiz has a huge lead in the U.S. House of Representatives District 25 race. Ruiz has 59.7% of the votes in the four person race.

State Senator Steve Padilla has a commanding lead in the State Senate District 18. Padilla has 63.7% of the vote over challenger Art Hodges.

In the State Assembly District 36 race incumbent Jeff Gonzales has 44.7% of the votes with Ida Obeso-Martinez garnering 24.3%. Without a 50% plus one total for Gonzales it appears he and Obeso-Martinez will meet on the November General Election ballot.
