(Four Homicide suspects in court)...The four suspects were in court Monday for a scheduled pre-trial hearing.

The four are suspected in the torture/murder of a Yuma man in Winterhaven. 42-year-old Gabriel Mills Sr., 21-year-old Gabriel Mills Jr., 35-year-old Daniel Martinez and 21-year-old Sadie Hiatt all entered not guilty pleas. The case was continued Monday. The defense asked for the continuation, telling the Judge they were still waiting for prosecutors to provide more evidence. The trial was continued until July 21.
