(Calipat City Council Meets Tuesday)...Closed session begins at 5 pm.

In Closed Session there will be a conference with legal counsel. There will also be conferences with the real property negotiators and the Labor Negotiators. There will also be a performance evaluation of the City Manager's position. Open session begins at 6 pm. There will be a public hearing on the ordinance dealing with the City of Calipatria regulating the sale and use of fireworks and other explosive devises within the City of Calipatria. The council will also discuss a funding agreement to pave a portion of Freemont Street. The meeting will be held in the Council chambers at City Hall.
