(A 4-day preliminary hearing ends Monday)...There were 4 defendants suspected in the murder of Jacob Sims.

Sims body was found in a fire pit in Winterhaven. The hearing began last Wednesday and ended Monday. The four suspects, Gabriel Mills Jr., Gabriel Mills Sr., Sadie Hiat and Daniel Martinez each had a separate attorney. The judge determined all four will be tried on all charges, including special allegations. He ordered all four held without bail. The arraignment was set for March 19.
