Fleinbloom allegedly used a firearm during the crime. The discovery of a leg initiated the investigation. DNA found on the leg matched Tovar's DNA and bullet fragments were found in the leg. Feinbloom entered a plea of not guilty in court this week. Prosecutors claimed the suspect was a flight risk. The judge ordered him held without bail. Feinbloom reportedly has an attorney, but the attorney did not attend this week's court appearance. A public defender was appointed temporarily. His next court appearance was set for February 23.
