Let the Good Times Roll.

The King and Queen of this years City of El Centro Mardi Gras have been named. King Jaime Honold and Queen Viviana Honold will reign over this years festivities. King Jaime and Queen Viviana are long time Imperial Valley residents and owners of Burgers and Beer.  Jaime Honold has been active in many community engagement and philanthropic endeavors. Viviana Honold has been actively involved in the community, especially education and faith-based initiatives. 

The City of El Centro will host the 2026 Mardi Gras Coronation on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Courtyard. s part of their roles, the Mardi Gras King and Queen help promote Mardi Gras celebrations, participate in community events and serve as ambassadors for El Centro during Mardi Gras season.
