(22-year-old homicide suspect court appearance).....Isaac Elizondo is accused of killing his girlfriend's 5-year-old child.

He was arrested by Brawley Police on January 8th. He is in County Jail without bond. He faces two charges: Felony murder and willful harm to a child. In court this week he entered a not guilty plea to both charges. His next court date is February 2nd.
