(Holtville Athletic Boosters Rib Cook-off).....It is scheduled for January 24th.

It will be held at Holt Park. Entrance is free, tickets for samples go on sale at 10 am on the day of the event. Proceeds will benefit Holtville High School Athletics Samples include ribs and side dishes. Gates open at 11 am and remain open until they run out of food. There will also be a beer garden for those 21 and older.
