(Imperial County release draft reports for review)....The Draft Lithium Valley Specific Plan and Draft Program Environmental Impact Report were released for public revie December 30th.

It includes a comment period through March 2nd, 2026. The documents can be reviewed at the County website, with information as to how comments can be submitted.
