(The IID Board meets Tuesday)...The meeting January 6th will be in Coachella Valley. But not in La Quinta.

Their first meeting of the year will be at the Classic Club on Classic Club Boulevard, in the Orion Room in Palm Desert. It will be Karin Eugenio's first meeting as the Chairwoman of the IID Board. The meeting begins at 1 in the afternoon. They will take Public Comments, and then go directly into Closed session. They will discuss anticipated litigation. They will reconvene into Public Session at 2 pm. They will repot action taken in Closed Session, if any action is taken. The meeting is a Work Session, so there will be no items on the action agenda. In Closed Session the Directors will adopt a resolution electing the Board of Director as the Officers of the IID Financing Corporation.
