(Imperial County to say thank-you to farmworkers)....The 46th Annual Farmworkers Appreciation Breakfast will be this Friday.

It is being held at the Calexico One Stop-America's Job Center of California, 301 Heber Avenue in Calexico. The tradition started 46 years ago with Coffee and sweetbread served to the workers. Over the years it has transitioned into a full breakfast of tamales, beans, salsa, sweetbread and coffee. It will be served from 1-5 am before they go to work.
