(Local Superior Court takes action)....It is on the petition submitted by Rodolfo Aguayo.

The petition says the County's decision to fire him as Human Resources Director was not valid. The petition says the county did not follow their own ordinance in making that decision. According to the County action, Aguayo's last day as Human Resources Director was to be November 13th. The petition also says even if the county removed him as Human Resources Director, he would still be employed by the county because of his bumping rights. Last week the Superior Court decided to block all action against Aguayo until December 16th. The court set a petition hearing for December 16th.
