(Grants announced Thursday)....The Imperial Valley Health and Wellness Foundation made the announcement.
They released the list of 18 non-profits selected to receive a 2025 Health and Wellness grant. The grant fund this year is $102,500. The individual grants ranged from $5,000 to $10,000. The recipients this year include; Best STEP Forward, Bombay Beach Community Services District, Campesinos Unidos, Cody's Closet, Court Appointed Special Advocates of Imperial County, El Centro Police Athletic League, Imperial Valley Food Bank, Lifted up living, Neighborhood House of Calexico, NorthEnd Alliance 111, Proyecto Heber, San Diego State University Foundation, Soroptimist International of El Centro, Turning Point Men's Home, The Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego, The Salvation Army, United Way of Imperial County, and the Westmorland Community Food Pantry. The IVWF says they aim to make Imperial Valley a Better Place to Live for All.
