(Local Farm Bureau holds annual event)....The Imperial County Farm Bureau Annual Members meeting and Dinner.

It was held Thursday evening at the Del Rio Country Club in Brawley. The highlights of the meeting is the Jim Kuhn Memorial Farmer of the Year Award and the Betty Young Memorial Friend of the Farmer of the Year Award. This year the Farmers of the Year Award went to Ed and Patty McGrew. The Friends of the Farmer Award went to IID Water Department Managers Tina Shields and Michael Pacheco.
